In June 2025, New Brunswick adopted the Osteopathy Act, creating the College of Osteopaths of New Brunswick (CONB). The CONB is the first regulatory body for osteopathy in Canada. This means osteopathy is now officially recognized and regulated at the provincial level. By law, osteopaths must be registered with the CONB to practise Osteopathy in the province.
